Cole Stacey is an osteopath based in Rangiora, providing evidence‑based, patient‑centred care for people navigating pain, injury, and movement challenges.
With a background in critical care nursing and emergency medical response, Cole brings a calm, clinically grounded approach to assessment and treatment. His work is shaped by strong clinical reasoning, clear communication, and a commitment to culturally safe, collaborative practice.
Outside of clinical practice, Cole is an academic staff member for the Osteopathy program at Ara Institute of Canterbury, where he enjoys contributing to the ongoing development of the Osteopathic profession in New Zealand.
Cole’s professional interests include sports and rehabilitation, neurological and pain science, and the integration of contemporary evidence into everyday osteopathic care. He enjoys helping patients build confidence in their bodies and supporting them through recovery with practical, personalised strategies.
Before training as an osteopath, Cole worked across ICU, pre‑hospital emergency care, and healthcare practice management — experience that has strengthened his adaptability, decision‑making, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Cole lives locally in North Canterbury with his wife and two daughters. Outside the clinic, he stays active through Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, strength training, and tramping with his family.
